example, when I started, I was throwing carrageenan tablets in the batch because that\u2019s what I had seen people do on YouTube.\u00a0 Turns out that it\u2019s not great stuff and it isn\u2019t needed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m moving to all organic, but still have some inventory of grain that I\u2019m using up.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m roasting some of the organic grain I buy so I can use that for some of the specialty grain in the recipes.\u00a0 This makes it difficult to calculate the color, but I\u2019m getting some great flavors and it\u2019s fun to do (also smells fantastic while roasting).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Aroostook Hops sells organic hops, and they are awesome.\u00a0 I haven\u2019t worked out where to get other organic varieties, but it\u2019s on my list.<\/p>\n<p>The
